All parents and carers of pupils at the school are automatically members of the Wallingford School Association, or WSA, and anyone is welcome to join the committee.
The main fundraising event is the Annual Quiz Night, but we also run a 200 Club, provide refreshments for the Christmas School Production and Spring Concert, and serve tea and coffee to parents and teachers at Parent Evenings.
Funds raised provide the school with extras, recent purchases including a silent drumkit, taylors dummy and outdoor furniture.
Committee meetings are held 4-5 times each school year and the Headteacher, or representative, is usually present and gives a report.
Parents have less contact with Secondary School than Primary so this is a good way of staying in touch with what is going on and provides a link between parents and staff.
