Our year has started extremely well. The positive publicity over the examination results that young people achieved this summer justified a lot of very hard work on the part of their teachers in a difficult year. The adults in school are as proud as the children and their families. It sets a very positive tone for the return to school in September. In addition the new Year Seven students have made a marvellous start. They look very smart indeed, conduct themselves well around school and their teachers are clearly impressed with the way they have begun their studies. We are grateful to all families for supporting us with the insistence upon the wearing of the proper school uniform. The students seem to have sensed we have taken a step forward. They look more adult and are going about school in a more mature fashion. As a whole they are a real credit to the community.
